Shipping All products are processed in the order they are received. Handmade products take a little more time. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail. They ship out as soon as they are finished and take 2-3 days for delivery. Prints are shipped through another company and come within 1-3 business days, usually for next day delivery. Shortly after you place your order you will be emailed a tracking number. Returns My goal is to make sure you are delighted with your purchase from Where the Fish Live. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return undamaged non-custom merchandise with an original receipt and in its orginal packaging, up to 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, not including shipping costs. If a damaged or defective item is received, please save the packaging and contact me within 7 days of the sale date. It is recommended that you insure your shipment.
